User Information:
Your name: Name Surname
Email address: user [at] your-domain [dot] co [dot] za
Server Information:
Incoming (POP3) mail server: mail.your-domain.co.za (port 110)
Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: Use one that fits your internet connection type:
- Telkom (ADSL) - smtp.saix.net
- Telkom (Dialup) - smtp.saix.co.za
- IS ADSL - smtp.isdsl.net
- MTN 3G - mail.mtn.co.za
- Vodacom 3G - smtp.vodacom.co.za
- I-Burst - smtp.wbs.co.za
- Sentech - smtp.sentechsa.com
Account name: user [at] your-domain [dot] com
Password: mailbox password
(where 'your-domain.co.za' is the name of your registered domain with Syneco)
Guidelines for email account setup:

Launch Microsoft Outlook 2007

Select ‘Tools’ from the top menu bar

Click the ‘Accounts Settings’ button

On the pop-up, click ‘New’ on the E-mail tab; The email setup wizard will appear

Ensure that the ‘Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP’ radio button is selected and click ‘Next’

Ensure that the ‘Manually configure server settings or additional server types’ checkbox is selected and click ‘Next’

Ensure that the ‘Internet E-mail’ radio button is selected and click ‘Next’

Enter all the relevant details, as per sample configuration above (Select ‘POP3’ as the server type)

Click ‘Next’

Click ‘Finish’
